We hope that you love all of The Feisty Phoenix products as much as we do. In the rare instance that you don't, here's our return policy
Products are eligible to be returned for up to two weeks. If two weeks (14 calendar days) have gone by since the date of your purchase, your items are no longer eligible to be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Tags must be in place, and the items are to be returned in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks (typically sooner).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.

If your items somehow arrive damaged or defective, TFP will replace them. Please send an email to Ally@TheFeistyPhoenix.com with product details, proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item so that an exchange may be arranged. If the items you wish to exchange have sold out, TFP will make arrangements for a similar item or store credit to be issued.
Unless an item has arrived damaged, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
